Donna Fiducia and Don Neuen, co-hosts of Cowboy Logic Radio were once again asked to return to the Palmetto State to emcee the 2020 Rock The Red USA Convention, which was held January 17-19, 2020 in Greenville, SC.
Many of the Rock The Red USA Convention guest speakers and subject matter experts are frequent guests on Cowboy Logic Radio. Featured speakers that appear often on Cowboy Logic Radio included Tom Del Beccaro, Clare M. Lopez, John Guandolo, KCarl Smith, Trevor Loudon, Dr. Rhonda Moorman, Dr. Elaina George, Doug Giles, Lucretia Hughes, Michael Cutler and LTC Robert "Buzz" Patterson.
In addition, Thomas Homan (former Acting Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement), Congressman Doug Collins (from Georgia's 9th congressional district), and Congressman Jeff Duncan (from South Carolina's 3rd congressional district) spoke to the crowd of over 300.
A focal point of non-stop photographs was "The Trump Bus"! Danny Hamilton, owner of Star Coaches (an Atlanta based rock & roll bus company) brought his "Trump Bus" to the Rock The Red Convention! This massive 45 foot rolling billboard is Danny's show of support for President Donald J. Trump. Since August 2016, Danny has been rolling all over the state of Georgia and the southeast attending rallies and events. In addition, Danny is very active in registering voters!
The Trump Bus, as always, proved to be a very popular photo and "selfie" backdrop for convention attendees, as well as guests speakers.
This weekend long event has a great deal of history for South Carolina Conservatives. Since 2012, Joe Dugan served as the executive director of the South Carolina Tea Party Coalition, the predecessor of “Rock the Red USA.” He has paved the way and set the example for many conservatives to engage in the political process.
Joe also founded and became executive producer of the South Carolina Tea Party Coalition Convention, which put on 6 years of 3-day conventions from 2012-2018.
Counted among the 200+ alumni speakers have been Donald J. Trump (2x), Steve Bannon, Mick Mulvaney, Newt Gingrich, Ted Cruz (2x), Ben Carson (2x), Mike Huckabee, Tom Fitton, Jenny Beth Martin, Gordon G. Chang, Adm. “Ace” Lyons, Nikki Haley, Jim Bridenstine and Daniel Greenfield.
In 2015, Donald Trump made his first foray into the 2016 presidential political waters at the SC Tea Party Coalition Convention after hiring Corey Lewandowski as his campaign manager, long before announcing his candidacy. Candidate Trump then came back to the convention in 2016 and was subsequently elected the 45th President of the United States of America.
In 2018, the final year of the South Carolina Tea Party Coalition Convention in Myrtle Beach, Donna and Don were honored to have been asked to emcee together.
